We will not accept payments, kickbacks, allowances, or commissions from any parties; or offer them to any party that is involved with the real estate transaction, or the client in general.

We will not disclose any information about the inspection, or the client, to any party without permission from the client.

We will be honest and fair to all.

Inspections will be performed with objectivity and impartiality.

The clients interests will be our interests.
